Volunteer Coverage

✔ Minimum goal: 10 volunteers✔ 3 volunteers per shift✔

 Shifts can be:

• 12–3 PM

• 3–6 PM

• 5–8 PM (overlap transition)

Volunteer Positions (Art Market Only)

1. Event Setup Crew (12 PM – 3 PM)

• Set up tables, chairs, signage, and vendor booths

• Assist vendors with unloading

• Prepare entry area and demo spaces

2. Welcome & Check-In Table

• Greet guests with a warm welcome

• Provide event info + direct attendees

• Track attendance and answer basic questions

3. Vendor Support

• Assist vendors with needs (water, breaks, directions)

• Help monitor booth flow

• Communicate issues to the event lead

4. Demo Area Assistants

• Support artists running live demos

• Manage small crowds around the demo area

• Keep the space safe, stocked, and organized

5. Floaters / Runners

• Flexible role for “where needed” support

• Help with restocking supplies

• Assist with small tasks across the venue

6. Clean & Reset Crew (5 PM – 8 PM)

(Supports the transition toward end-of-event)

• Keep common areas tidy during the event

• Assist with vendor breakdown

• Reset spaces as needed for closing
